My original purchase and installation of furnace, A/C & air purifier was done by them. Saturday night 11/16 my thermostat stopped working. I had no heat. I called (Oneguy)* on Sunday morning & he answered; took the time to help troubleshoot over phone. He then sent his tech 1st thing in the morning Monday; my thermostat was replaced the same day. We have been in need of a new A/C system for quite a while. We contacted Oneguy Heating and Cooling* last year and was impressed with his “no nonsense” quote. We ended up not buying anything then. So comes this year and our A/C unit went down. I had kept the quote and contacted Lee at One Guy. He came out again and checked everything and gave us a new quote very similar to the one last year. Lee gave us a date of the following week and showed up when expected. He estimated it to be a day and a half work and that is what it was. Very professional work and timely. We are new to CO and had no connections or experiences with HVAC repair shops. Everyone we called was booked out at least a week. When I explained to Lee,* the owner, what was happening at our home (water had begun seeping through the ceiling as a result of the AC freezing up), he offered to come to our home early the next morning.
